Tet 2024 in Sydney
Black and White Photography simplifies the image, allowing you to concentrate on the story, subject, and emotions without the influence of color.
Since I studied abroad for a while, I didn't get to spend many Tet holidays with my family. However, in 2024, we spent a few delightful days in Sydney. My mum and I finally made it to Sydney to see my brother and sister-in-law. The term "Tet" is more widely used as "Lunar New Year" in Vietnamese, even if it simply means a celebration. Why? Because, among Vietnamese, it is often thought of as the most important event of the year.
For this Tet, we kept things easy by having meals at home every night, just hanging around and exploring together. By rail and bus, we were able to see many fascinating regional NSW sites as well.

Finding for your purpose and setting out to travel with an open mind and a spirit of discovery

When I go out to learn more about a new location or myself, my natural curiosity serves as the compass. Making plans has influence. In this situation, training your mind to be more curious while traveling is a good place to start. Therefore, I should remind myself that I am prepared to learn more and engage myself deeper in the destination as I prepare for my next trip so that my photographs may truly capture the essence of my adventure.
Taking it easy and observing your immediate surroundings can be all that's needed from time to time.
